Amazing what happens when you clean out the memory stick on your camera - this was taken during the London Marathon last month.
All very warm and fuzzy, with various people running for charity (including various z-list ex-Big Brother 'celebs' who later ended up in the tabloids after walking half the way. Nothing like training on lager and take-out chinese huh?)
Also kind of funny to see the various pubs outside our house (the ship and lord nelson) doing a roaring trade to people wanting to have a cold beer - while watching other people running...
But you know, at the time, my main thought was - so how the hell am I going to cross the street to get to the DLR? Why are all you people on my island?
